Location felt isolated after dark!!! The steep walk to attractions made me reconsider dinner plans!!! Charging for early check-in seemed unnecessary!!!

Super comfy stay!

The staff were awesome and super friendly. My room was super clean and cozy. Breakfast was tasty, and the view from the dining area? Wow! However, the wifi was a bit spotty at times.

The hospitality is exceptional—each staff member ensures a pleasant experience. A family suite offered spacious comfort with breathtaking mountain views, while a well-equipped kitchen made family meals enjoyable. Breakfast featured delightful homemade bread, enhancing the start of each day. An adequate stay was slightly marred by noise from nearby streets, and some amenities felt outdated, but overall, the warmth and attentiveness more than compensated for any minor hiccups.

We were charged an extra fee for early check-in, which felt rude, especially since it was low season. The room had a tiny window, making it uncomfortably hot at night. Laundry service shrunk some of our clothes, which was frustrating. Breakfast was inconsistent, with undercooked eggs at times, making it an overall disappointing experience.

The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. Loved having a kettle and tea utensils in there. Showers had great water pressure and hot water, which was awesome after a long day. Also, the view from the restaurant on the top floor was nice!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing views, which included underfloor heating in the bathroom and a kettle with teabags in the room, made our stay delightful. plus, it's conveniently located just 5 km from the nearest airport.

we had a lovely stay at muru homely hotel! the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main plaza. the standard queen room was comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the staff. ana and vanessa were super sweet and always ready to help us. we felt really taken care of during our stay.

staying here was a breeze as it only took a less than 5-minute walk to reach the bustling Mercado San Blas for local crafts and eateries. The historic center was just a little over a 10-minute walk away, making it super convenient for leisurely walks to stunning sites like the Plaza de Armas. for single travelers like myself, I loved the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff who were always smiling and ready to share local tips, but the uphill walk back from the center might be a bit tiring after a long day of exploring.

I had such a pleasant stay at Muru Homely Hotel. The view from my room was stunning, especially on the higher floor. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Anthony in the dining room. He brightened my mornings at breakfast and made dinner feel welcoming. The room itself was very clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom, a kettle, and tea available. That made cold nights so much cozier. However, the location was a bit far from the central plaza, which took some extra walking. The towels in my room could have been fresher, and I noticed a couple of spiders on the ceiling, which was a little off-putting. Breakfast had limited options, but the hidden dishes offered upon request were a pleasant surprise. Overall, the comfortable atmosphere and warm service made the stay enjoyable despite some minor hiccups.

It was just a proper fit for a short-term stay in Cusco with exceptional value. The bed was made and towels changed daily, which was nice. If you’re sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs.
